Please allow the following time span for service fulfillment:
* Photography - next business day by 6pm
* Floor plans/3D Virtual Tours - two business days by 6pm
* Videography - three business days by 6pm

*For commercial/industrial inquiries, pricing dependant upon scope of work, media type, and any licensing
Cancellation
24-hour notice is appreciated in the event of cancellation
Otherwise the following will be applied:
*Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice: $50 fee
*Cancellation after arriving on site: $100 fee
Travel fee
Not applicable for most of the Lower Mainland area
(including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, Langley and New Westminster)
Additional travel fees may be applicable otherwise
